What is not included in my rental?

We do not provide bedding, clothing, meals or beverages (other than water).


How far in advance should I make my reservation?

Equipment is rented on a first-come/first-serve basis so we recommend you make your reservation as early as possible.  All reservations must be paid in full prior to equipment pick-up. Reservations made within 48-hours cannot be guaranteed.


What campsites do you deliver rental equipment to?

Currently, we serve the greater Austin and Houston, Texas areas.  If you are unsure whether we deliver to the campsite you are interested in, please contact us


What do I do if the equipment breaks while at the campsite?

If you are in need of assistance, please call us at 346-808-3499 or email us at contact@logisticsinnature.com.  If you can continue your adventure, keep the fun going and just inform us of the issue upon returning your equipment. Dial 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48-hours prior to pick-up will receive a full refund.  Reservations cancelled 48 to 24-hours prior to the scheduled pick-up will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental cost.   No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up will not be refunded.  We deliver equipment rain or shine and will not offer refunds due to weather, with the exception of natural disasters.


Am I financially responsible for lost, damaged or stolen equipment?

Before we can issue gear, you must provide a valid form of ID and valid credit card.  We expect normal wear and tear on the items you return to us.  Your credit card will be charged to repair or replace any piece of equipment that is damaged on in need of repair due to obvious misuse.  You will also be charged for any gear that is not returned to us (other than consumables).  To avoid any surprises, please inform us of any issues upon returning the equipment.


Can I keep any of the equipment?

All equipment, with the exception of consumables, must be returned at the time of drop-off in order to avoid additional charges. Examples of consumables include paper towels, hand sanitizer and soap.


Do I have to clean the gear before returning it?

Please shake out the tents, rinse and dry used dishes and pack everything back into the storage bins.  You will be charged an additional cleaning fee for items that are stained or heavily soiled.
