Rental Policy

  1. Reservations: Rental requests are fulfilled on a first-come/first-served basis.  Requests made within 48-hours of the start of the requested period are not guaranteed. You must be at least 18 years old to make an equipment reservation and all minors must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian during the entire rental period.

  2. Payment: Payment for rental equipment must be made in full prior to delivery of equipment.  A valid photo ID and valid credit card must be presented at the time of equipment drop-off. Acceptable forms of ID include: drivers license, passport and state issued, student or military ID cards.

  3. Deposit: A deposit will be collected at the beginning of each rental period. In the event that any equipment is missing and/or returned damaged, dirty or destroyed, a portion or all of this deposit may not be returned.
  4. Release of Liability: Logistics In Nature requires everyone (including minors) to have a waiver (release of liability) on file prior to using our equipment.  This can be done online or in person when you receive your equipment package.

  5. Cancellations: Cancellations made 48-hours prior to pick-up will receive a full refund.  Reservations cancelled 48 to 24-hours prior to the scheduled pick-up will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.  No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up will not be refunded.  Logistics In Nature will deliver equipment rain or shine and will not offer refunds due to weather, with the exception of natural disasters.

  6. Scheduling: Equipment delivery and return will occur no more than one hour before or after the requested time.  If for any reason, you are unable to meet Logistics In Nature at the scheduled time, please notify us at 346-808-3499 or contact @logisticsinnature.com.  Do NOT leave equipment unattended for any reason.

  7. Equipment Delivery: Inspect all equipment at the time of delivery and notify Logistics In Nature of any issues immediately in order to avoid charges for loss or damages.

  8. Sanitization: All equipment is cleaned and sanitized by Logistics In Nature prior to each rental and must be returned in a useable condition.  Shake out your sleeping bags, sweep any dirt or debris out of the tent and wash/rinse dishes. Should you return any equipment that is exceptionally dirty and/or stained, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

  9. Damages: All equipment must be returned to Logistics In Nature in the condition in which it was issued. Failure to do so may result in the loss of a portion or all of your deposit. You will not incur a charge for the use of consumables (i.e. paper towels, hand sanitizer, dish soap).

  10. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside all Logistics In Nature tents.  If the smell of smoke is detected on our tent you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.  Sleeping bags, cots, and air mattresses are subject to cleaning a fee for smoke damage as well.
